Gran Hotel Las Fuentes de Fantasía Hoteles

This hotel was amazing. We had a fantastic stay. Even though it’s was mainly a resort for Spanish holidaymakers we had a wonderful stay. Staff are 10/10- super friendly, helpful and welcoming. From reception, to the cleaners, restaurant and bar staff. A very Special shoutout to Kwesi and his beautiful wife who work in the restaurant- for us they made our stay very special. Being the only black family, speaking English we did not feel out of place at all because they made us feel so welcome from the first day we came down for dinner. Not many of the staff spoke English but they did and really looked after us if we had any questions or needed help. They helped the other staff in the restaurant look after us also which was very kind of them. We are so grateful to all the staff in the restaurant- excellent service. Thank you both so so very much. Also a special mention to the entire Fanty Club staff who made our children feel so welcome, helped them make friends and got them involved in the activities despite the language barrier. They taught the kids a few Spanish words which was a lovely bonus! Also special thanks to the reception staff who were so helpful and lovely also throughout our stay. Anything we needed or were unsure of they really helped. This hotel is very clean, warm and friendly. There is a good selection of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner in the restaurant - lots of variety (Especially deserts!). Best to do all inclusive or breakfast and dinner. Also, the hotel is in a good location in terms of the beach (literally right beside the hotel). Also there is a local supermarket and strand of few local restaurants and a souvenir shop. (Best place to eat - King Kebab) . A very quite area and not over populated with tourists which is nice! Amazing coastal trail also for walks. The hotel is extremely far for any tourist attractions or city exploring and also from the airport (about 1hr 1/2 - 2hrs drive). Perfect if just looking to do a quiet getaway, retreat or seaside break. Overall a really really lovely hotel and stay. Would definitely recommend and would be back again!

Stayed at the end of October, the Halloween week in Spain. It was great fun, everyone there was Spanish and the hotel was totally decorated for the occasion. The buffet evening meal was really good and very well organised. Would stay again.

Perfect location, by the beach and not far from restaurants and shops. I would happily stay there again.

Fantastic hotel for families. Staff were so attentive. Rooms are spacious and clean. Great location as located by the beach and walking distance to restaurants.

Nice hotel with amazing view but for older people only. We were family of 4 with 2 kids under 5years old and we were only one family apart of elderly people up there. We had very nice room 439 with great sea view and very nice spa in hotel as well. Posh restaurant with nice food selection. Only one disappointment as we were with kids and very late dinner. But apart of that nice hotel, thank you

Okropne śniadania, podła mortadela, wyrób seropodobny, brak choćby pomidorów (w Hiszpani???). Ledwo dmuchająca klimatyzacja, niewygodne sprężyniaste materace, zimna woda w kranie jednego dnia, całą noc ryczący alarm co 15 sekund, baseny to bardziej oczka wodne... spa nie udało się odwiedzić, bo zakaz wstępu poniżej 12 r.ż. a byliśmy z dziećmi, brak choćby mineralki w pokoju, nie wspomnę o czajniku, kawie czy herbacie... za to sporaśny karaluch w sali telewizyjnej tuż przy recepcji... Absolutnie nie zasługuje na ****... never ever again

El hoyel esta muy bien. Solo a remarcar tres cosas por orden de importancia, personal. Las hamacas la gente deja las toallas todo el santo dia, desayuna y come y no mueve las toallas para tener reservado el sitio. Que s ehaga en la playa no se puede evitar, pero en un hotel esta muy feo. Nadie esta de gratis. Las basuras de las piscinas, son grandes macetas pero abiertas por lo tanto esteticamente es HORRIBLE ver pañales y restos sin contar con los olores, ya que no esta tapado y huele. Y por ultimo los baños creo que hay que revisarlos mas a menudo por que estan sucuos muchas veces, pero esto ultimo es comprensible que con tantos huespedes y tanta gente mal educada sea complicado

Hotel de cuatro estrellas con todos los servicios. Habitación con vistas al mar pequeña y si son tres adultos no ponen cama supletoria. No hay cafetera. Bufet variado pero con productos no de primera calidad. Piscinas y zona de hamacas. Salida directa a la playa.
